Phyllis Patricia Lee

Phyllis Patricia Lee of Henryetta, died Sunday, May 31, 2009 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma at the age of 68. She was born August 27, 1940 in Clinton, Oklahoma the daughter of the late Vance Curry Miller the late Pearl (Nonast) Miller. She was a nurse and worked at the Henryetta Medical Center before her retirement. She was a member of the Schulter Baptist Church. She is survived by 4 sons: Ronal Dale Price and wife Jeana of Henryetta, OK, Darin Scott Price of Henryetta, OK, Kevin Ross Lee & wife Rebekah of Henryetta, OK, Darby Duane Lee and wife Jennifer of Thomas, OK, 7 grandchildren: Tabitha Marie Price, Tiffany Price, Kendall Boatright, Denver Lee, Dillon Lee , & Kari Chambers & husband Jonathan Kristen Masters & husband Shane 9 great grandchildren Alexis Price, Skyler Price, Baylor Price, BrookLynn Baughman, Zoe Boatright, Lillian & Livia Chambers Madison Webb & Chase Masters 1 brother: Buddy Miller & wife Leona of Clinton, OK 1 sister: Janice Wilcoxson & husband Ralph of Oklahoma City, OK Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents: Vance and Pearl Miller, granddaughter, Kristen Lee, & grandson, Kyle Lee Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at Schulter Baptist Church with Rev. George Christy, officiating. Interment will be at 3:30 p.m. in the Clinton Cemetery, Clinton, Oklahoma, with Rev. Roy Dobbs, officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
