Ray Brison, born November 26, 1944, in Hoffman, Oklahoma to Floyd Brison and Ethel (Huff) Brison. He passed away peacefully in his Muskogee home on November 23, 2023. A beloved family figure, Ray is survived by his wife of over sixty years, Marquella Brison, his daughters, Zanade Williams and Annette Molet, their husbands, Danny Williams and Danny Molet respectively, and four wonderful grandchildren: Vanessa and Grant Williams and Alicia and Chris Molet. He is also survived by his twin brother, Roy Brison, and his wife, Carol as well as many other relatives and friends.
He had a long and productive career as a welder for the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company. He was a proud worker in the pipeline industry and a passionate participant in rodeos. Over the years, a variety of landscapes served as backdrops to his life: 28 years in Dewar, 5 in Winchester, and the final 25 in Muskogee.
Ray enjoyed hunting and fishing, finding joy in the simple pleasures of nature. His unique personality and charming quirks made Ray a truly one-of-a-kind individual.
Ray Brison leaves behind a legacy filled with cherished memories, sustained by the love and admiration of his family and friends. His wisdom, kindness, and character will endure in the hearts of those who knew him.
Graveside Services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Westlawn Cemetery with Rev. James Short, officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
