Richard Whittfield Arnhart

Richard W. "Dick" Arnhart a lifelong resident of Hanna passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at his home in Hanna at the age of 74. Dick was born to Whit & Lois Mae Arnhart on May 18, 1936 in Hanna. Dick worked as a rancher and dearly loved hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Whit & Lois Mae Arnhart. Dick married the love of his life Darlene Pfau on December 3, 1956 in Raymondville, Texas. He is survived by Darlene Arnhart of the home, 5 children, Claudette Smith & husband Charles of Henryetta, Denise Smith of Hinton, Pam Gray & husband Gerry of Dustin, Carla Hagan & husband Don of Comanche, and Jo Ann Griffith & husband Rod of Indianola, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, He will be missed by all who love him. Honorary pallbearers will include, Brody Smith, Paul Smith, Sterling Griffith, Jonathan Smith, Shane Smith, Erick Gray, Rick Haley, Daniel Smith, Ty Hagan, and Rodney Hagan. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 10:00 am, at the Hanna Cemetery with Rev. Randy Zinn, officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
