Robert O Minyard

Robert O. "Bob" Minyard, a resident of Henryetta passed away Tuesday, June 30th, 2015 in Henryetta at the age of 60. He was born June 11, 1955 in Henryetta to Lester Minyard and Alberta Mae (Gunning) Minyard. Bob was a graduate of Henryetta High School Class of 1973. He completed his degree in drafting and worked for ZEECO as a draftsman and engineer. Bob was very instrumental in obtaining several patents for ZEECO as well as he has drafting drawings on display at the Oklahoma State Capitol. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Lester W. "Skip" Minyard and a very special uncle, Charlie Minyard. He is survived by a son, Shawn Minyard & wife Audrey of Wilson; Five grandchildren, Wade Minyard, Alex Minyard, Kancace Davis, Natalie Davis, and Mykayla Davis all of Wilson; Four sisters, LaDonna Dodge & husband Dennis of Henryetta; Betty Allen & husband Everett of Henryetta; Mariah Lee & husband James of Tulsa; Linda Schmuck & husband Richard of Poteau; Brother, Charlie Powell and wife Donna of Ft. Gibson Also by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Viewing will be from 5 - 8 pm Thursday and until noon on Friday at Integrity Funeral Service. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Kyle Kiner, officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
