He was born Tuesday, September 14, 1943 in Eufaula, OK to James Franklin Morton & Noma (Calvert). Roger was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Bonnie Wassenaur, sister, Wanda Cox, and by his brother, Wallace Morton. Roger is survived by his brother, Ray Morton of Henryetta, sister-in-law, Yolanda Morton of Santa Clarita, California, his aunt, Doris Dillard of Henryetta, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Shurden Funeral Home from 4-8 PM. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta at 11:00 AM. Services were entrusted to Shurden Funeral Home, Henryetta.
