Rosalie Sheward Berkey

Rosalie Sheward Berkey, a lifetime resident of Henryetta passed away Thursday, May 14th, 2015 in Tulsa at the age of 88. She was born December 27, 1926 in Henryetta to Louis Barbero and Annie (Watteau) Barbero. She worked for many years at American Exchange Bank as a loan secretary. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Howard Sheward and 1976 and husband Joe Berkey in 1989, also by a son Larry Sheward in 1986. She is survived by one son: Howard "Buck" Sheward, Jr. of Henryetta; Six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. One sister, Joan Shockley of Norman; As well as a host of friends and other relatives. Viewing will be 5-8pm Tuesday, May 19th and 8am-8pm on Wednesday May 20th. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 21st, 2015, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Kyle Kiner, officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be, Kent Lackey, Tommy Freeman, Ronald "Bumpy" Morgan, Spencer Lee, Mike Greenley, & Mike Doak. Honorary pallbearers will be, Wes Sheward, Clay Sheward, Nelson Sheward, Doug Hardgrave, Jerry McAfee, & Chris Warden. Family requests memorials be made in honor of Rosalie to St. Francis Hospice 6600 S Yale Ave # 350, Tulsa, OK 74136
