Roy Milton Gasaway

Roy Milton Gasaway, a resident of Weleetka passed away Thursday, May 8th, 2014 in Weleetka at the age of 80. He was born March 15, 1934 in Kusa, Oklahoma to Clarence Gasaway & Carolyn Lue (Free) Gasaway. He married Ruby Jean Haddox-Bullard October 11, 1956 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Roy was a Truck Driver and a member of the Church of Christ in Weleetka. He is preceded in death his parents, a brother, Clarence Gasaway, Jr., and a sister Sylvia Ray. He is survived by his wife Ruby Jean Gasaway of the home; Five daughters, Elizabeth Pistole & husband Gary of Choctaw; Debbie Gilbert of Henryetta; JoAnn Pigeon & husband Virgil of Weleetka; Susie Walcher & husband Rex of Henryetta; Paula Kissee & husband Roger of Pharoah; Eleven Grandchildren: Jennifer, Becky, Michael, Rachel, Katie, Ashley, Lizzy, Chris, Shannon, Sydney, & Brandon Six Great Grandchildren: Cael, Hadlea, Khloe, Jaylei, Joan & Baby J. One sister: Pauline Wells of Arizona; Pallbearers will be, Chris Gilbert, Michael Pigeon, Jason Parks, Brandon, McCoy, Ted Layman & Bradley Sims. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rex Walcher, Gary Pistole, Virgil Pigeon, Roger Kissee, Jerry Tamplen, Marvin Nuckolls, & Jesse Rector. Viewing will be Sunday, May 11th from 5-8 pm and again on Monday from 8am - 8pm. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the Henryetta Church of Christ, 5th & Broadway with Donnie Nero, officiating.
