Sally (Whitlow) Holuby

Sally (Whitlow) Holuby, a lifelong resident of Dustin, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 in Okemah, OK at the age of 89. She was born Tuesday, December 23, 1923 in Dustin, OK to Edward Whitlow & Minnie (Harjo). Sally is a mother of the Thewarle Indian Baptist Church in Dustin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Minnie Whitlow, husband, Sandy Holuby, and son, Larry Holuby. Sally is survived by her 5 children, Sam Gene Whitlow of Dustin, Joe Holuby & wife Brenda of Morris, Geraldine Thompson of Henryetta, Nora Mae Treadway & husband Thomas of Bixby, and Anna Lou Holuby of Dustin, 12 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Eugene Whitlow of Dustin, and William Whitlow of Chicago, 3 sisters, Dorothy Whitlow of Glenpool, Maggie Baptiste of Tulsa, and Allice Wattie of Los Angeles, California, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing will be from 4-8pm on Monday, May 19 at Integrity Funeral Service. Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, May 20 at 7pm at Thewarle Indian Baptist Church in Dustin. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Thewarle Indian Baptist Church with Rev. John Wayne Tulsa and Deacon Barton Looney, officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Dustin under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
