Sari Reingold

Sari Reingold, a resident of Tulsa, formerly of Henryetta passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 91. She was born February 18, 1930 in Guthrie, OK to Emanuel Weinberger & Lillian (Thaler) Weinberger.

She was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family throughout her entire life. She loved to entertain and she was a great swimmer. She was a member of the P.E.O., a philanthropic Woman's organization.

She graduated from Guthrie High School and attended OU.

Sari and Lawrence "Rube" Reingold were married in 1951 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. They both were diehard Sooner fans, holding season tickets to OU football for many years until their declining health kept them from attending. Even though she was unable to attend the games her loyalty as a Sooner fan never diminished. She could be heard even recently in her room loudly cheering on the SOONERS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lawrence "Rube" Reingold in 2018 and one daughter, Elyse Reingold in 1991.

Sari is survived by her daughter, Sharna Reingold of Tulsa,
and by a host of friends and acquaintances.

Friends may come by to sign the memorial book at the funeral home on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 4-8 pm, the casket will remain closed in accordance with the family's wishes.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers that memorials or donation to be made to the Saint Simeon's Foundation or to a charity of your choice in Sari's honor.

A private graveside will be held.
