Sharon A. Garrett, a resident of Enid passed away Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 in Enid at the age of 77. She was born September 12th, 1943 in Henryetta to Jay Summers and Naomi (Martin) Summers. While living in Henryetta she was a member of the 7th Street Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Sharon worked for many years as a Secretary - Bookkeeper for Cimmarron Gas, and later as human resources director at Golden Pony Casino for the Thlopthlocco Tribal Town.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill Garrett, Bambi Sams, one brother, Pete Summers.
She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Brooks & husband Kenneth of Enid;
Cindy Fuerstenau & husband Jeff of Guymon;
Six Grandchildren, Leah Settles & husband Dustin,, Shelli Markcum, Trevor Dunnagan & wife Amanda, Brooke McCune & husband Kris, Andrew Barbosa, Crystale White, Nick Fuerstenau & wife Kelly;
Sixteen great grandchildren, Hunter, Garrett, Aspen, Michael, Lucas, Phoenix, Isaac, Isaiah, Bella, Cam, Kennedy, Ezra, Ivie, Gaven, Lydia, & Clint;
Also by a host of friends and other relatives.
Viewing will be from 3 - 8pm Friday at Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be, Kenneth Brooks, Trevor Dunnagan, Andrew Barbosa, Kris McCune, Nick Fuerstenau, & Bob Summers.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14th, 2021 at Dewar First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
