Shirley Sue Burgess

Shirley Sue Burgess of Claremore passed away Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 in Claremore at the age of 84. She was born May 28th, 1936 in Dunklin County, Missouri to Lester Burgess and Anna J. (Crites) Burgess. She worked in housekeeping in different hotels. She was a member of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Beebe, Arkansas and currently was attending First Pentecostal Church in Collinsville.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Jack Burgess, also by a sister, Betty Campbell.

She is survived by a brother, Dennis Burgess & wife Patricia of Norman;
A sister-in-law, Vesta Burgess of Claremore;
Also by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and beloved church family.

Viewing for Shirley will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday at Integrity Funeral Service.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at Westlawn Cemetery with Sis. Judy Wainwright officiating. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
