Shirley Ann Smith

Shirley (Berry) Smith, a resident of Schulter, passed away Thursday, January 02, 2014 at her home in rural Schulter, OK at the age of 64. She was born August 30, 1949 in Hanna, OK to Frank Reed Berry & Vallie (Robertson) Berry. Shirley worked for many years for Joe Brown Shoes, for C.R. Anthonys, and Sharpes, she dearly loved her time in retail sales as it afforded her the chance to make many friends. She married the love of her life, Roger J. Smith, on January 26, 1989 in Schulter, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Vallie Berry, 2 brothers, Jim Berry and Ronnie Berry, 2 sisters, Verda Lee Jenson, and Jeanie Douglas Shirley is survived by her husband, Roger Smith of the home, Her son, Jerrell Don Smith & wife Mindy of Schulter, Three grandchildren, Bailey Humphrey, Braden Humphrey, and Samantha Smith all of Schulter, One brother, Donald Berry & wife Jewell of Hanna, Niece, Teresa Jo of Texas, As well as many other nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Viewing will be held from 2-8 pm on Monday, January 6, 2014 and Tuesday, January 7 from 8am-8pm at Integrity Funeral Service. A funeral will be held for Shirley at 2:00pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Integrity Chapel (410 East Trudgeon St. Henryetta, Oklahoma) with her nephew, Rev. Wesley Berry, officiating. Interment will follow at New Sonora Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
