Terry Ray Sparks, a lifelong resident of Hitchita, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the age of 63. Born on June 1, 1961, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, he was the beloved son of Joe Ray Sparks and Mary Jean (McCullah) Sparks.
Terry was an avid outdoorsman with a deep love for hunting and fishing. He cherished time spent in nature and with family. Preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Claudia Trappman, Terry leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
He is survived by his daughter, Tasha Hix, and her husband, Cole, as well as his two grandchildren, Lennon and Kacen Hix. He is also survived by his sister, Debbie Crosby, and her husband, Gary. Additionally, he will be dearly missed by his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Brinker, her daughter, Kim Folsom, and her husband, Rodney and Guy Brinker, and his wife, Autumn, as well as Jennifer's grandchildren: Ledger Folsom, Luke Folsom, Matlea Brinker, and Brenke Brinker.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Integrity Funeral Service. Graveside services will take place at Lackey Cemetery in Hitchita on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM, officiated by Rev. Scott McCullah and assisted by Marcus Overturff.
Pallbearers include Jamie Crosby, Chad Crosby, Bryer Crosby, Drake Crosby, Chase Crosby, Kevin Trappman, Jake Kindell, and Jared Kindell. Honorary pallbearers are Gip Southern, Mark Kindell, Guy Brinker, and Shane Crawford. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service
