Thomas Donald Davis

Thomas Donald "Don" Davis passed away in Indio, California on December 28, 2010 at the age of 70. He was born in Shelby County Texas on November 20, 1940 to Amor Vance Davis and Dorthy Elaine Doggett. He was preceded in death by his father Amor Vance Davis and his step father Wesley Bowles. Don was a resident of Henryetta since 1983 and has been employed by Combine Transport of Central Point, Oregon. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. He married Sharon Sharp on October 24, 1975 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Don is survived by his wife Sharon Sharp Davis of the home in Henryetta, Oklahoma, His mother, Dorthy Elaine Davis Bowles of Beaumont, Texas, His children, Kiley and wife Stacey of Kellyville, Oklahoma, John and wife Kim of Center, Texas, Donna Lynn and husband Lee Hall of Logan Sport, Louisiana, Shawn Cambell of Tempson, Texas, One brother in law, Virgil Sharp and wife Charlotte and daughter Shelby of Rhone, Texas, One brother, Rusty and wife Pat of Port Arthur, Texas, As well as a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends as well as his beloved dog Scooter. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2011 at Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta, Oklahoma with Jerry Don Earp officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
