Thomas Almond Parenti

Thomas Almond Parenti a resident of rural Henryetta passed away Thursday, September 24th, 2009 peacefully from the arms of his loving family at his side to the arms of His Lord. He was born September 19, 1927 in Pleasant Valley to Tye and Ruby Parenti. He was preceded in death by his parents Tye and Ruby Parenti and one son Thomas Dean Parenti. He served with the United States Navy and was a Veteran of WWII. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Selma Ruth Parenti of the home, on Timothy LeWayne Parenti and wife Linda Faye of Bremond, Texas, Daughter in law Larry Annette Parenti of Glenpool, Oklahoma, 6 Grandchildren Alicia Jo Nolen of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Amanda Lea Parenti of Bixby, Oklahoma, Adam Timothy Parenti of Bixby, Oklahoma, Aric Luke Parenti of Bixby, Oklahoma, Tammy Annette Alverson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Christina Leigh Smith of Tuttle, Oklahoma 11Great Grandchildren, Bailey Parenti, Jeffery Parenti, Patrick Parenti, Nathan Parenti, Destiney Graves, Collin Parenti, Harleigh Smith, Jimmy Dan Smith, Avery Alverson, Aiden Alverson, and Mia Alverson. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 28, at the First United Methodist Church, 1212 S Lake Drive in Henryetta Oklahoma with Rev. Dale Durnell, officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service. He was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
