Virginia Lee Williams Osburn was born April 24th, 1925 in McAlester to Esmer and Laura E. (Turnbow) Williams. She left to be with the Lord on October 18, 2010 in Haskell, Oklahoma at the age of 85. Virginia spent most of her adult life in the Fayetteville area. She has many friends and relatives in the area. Virginia worked at Bear Brand Hosiery, as well as American Air Filter, and after her retirement, she was also a rural mail carrier in Prairie Grove area. Virginia was preceded in death by her parenst, her husband Marvin E. Osburn, her eldest son, James David Robbins, her loving grandson, Conner Robbins, Dorothy Brannon, Otho Williams and her baby brother Wayne Williams. Virginia was an avid fan of the outdoors and loved to be out hiking and exploring every mountain she could climb. Virginia leaves behind a host of friends and family that will miss her loving smile and kind heart. Included are her daughter Mary Beth McChristian of Plains, Montana Son, Steve M. Robbins and his wife Cathy of Bixby Her granddaughters, Rebecca McChristian Cash and husband Chuck of Hope, Arkansas Dawn Robbins Her grandsons, Shane Robbins and wife Heather of Fayetteville, Arkansas Mark Robbins and wife Debbie of Centerton, Arkansas Daniel Robbins and wife Jennifer of Prairie Grove, Arkansas Several great-grandchildren, also a host of nieces, nephews and friends including William Shreve and his family and other friends to many to list. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 22, 2010 at Brentwood Cemetery, Brentwood, Arkansas under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
