Wanda Jean Chapo

Wanda Jean Chapo, a resident of Tecumseh, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in Shawnee, OK at the age of 70. She was born June 7, 1949 in Henryetta, OK to Eugene Dunson & Juanita (Field) Dunson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Dunson, Juanita (Field) Dunson, grandmother, Louisa Watson Field, grandmother, Susan Walker Dunson and one brother, Daryl Dunson.


She is survived by her husband, Thomas Chapo of Tecumseh, OK; daughter, Lisa Watson & husband Brent, son, Brad Lowe & wife Jeanelle of Shawnee, OK, stepson, Thomas Chapo Jr. of Oklahoma City, OK, and stepson, Chris Chapo of Oklahoma City, OK; six grandchildren, Randall Watson & wife Chaney of Shawnee, OK, Troy Lowe of Las Vegas, NV, Janelle Watson of Shawnee, Wesley Lowe of Shawnee, and Winonah Hamblin of Shawnee, OK, and Tianna Sykes; two great-grandchild, Adriana Watson and Harley Hope Sykes; and five siblings, David Dunson of Wetumka, OK, Marty& wife Cassondra Dunson of Henryetta, OK, Susan Bear of Oklahoma City, OK, Linda Irene of NM, and Pete Riley & wife Glenda of Tulsa, OK, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Thlopthlocco Indian Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. David Dunson and Clint Dawkins, assisting. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
