Wanda Kay Hoel, a resident of Council Hill, passed away Friday, January 20, 2023 in Council Hill, OK at the age of 67. She was born July 6, 1955 in Laramie, Wyoming to Lewis Hoel & Elizabeth (Neiswender) Hoel.
She worked as a custodian for many years and was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas Wingenbach Sr., son, Jeffrey Wingenbach, grandson, Luke Wingenbach, and one sister, Nancy Rife.
Wanda is survived by son, Thomas Wingenbach Jr. & wife Kristen of Bellavista, Arkansas, daughter, Amanda Wingenbach & husband Chester Noel of Council Hill, son , Andrew "Andy" Wingenbach & wife Kristy of Wright City, Missouri, grandchildren; Colter Wingenbach, Joslyn Caldwell & husband Billy, Samuel Herrera, Kylie Wingenbach, and Seth Wingenbach, as well as a great grandchild on the way, sister, Diane Stacener, sister, Tammie Avalos, as well as host of other relatives and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation Arrangements have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
