William Gouge, a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City passed from this life on Saturday, February 23, 2019 in Okmulgee surround by his family. He was born on April 10th, 1956 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Albert Gouge and Sallie (Spaniard) Gouge.
William worked in the Construction Industry as a Carpenter.
William was preceded in death by both of his parents, Albert and Sallie Gouge, two sisters Deanne Gouge and Nancy Deere, brothers, Wilbur (Chebon) Gouge, Wilford Gouge, Ernest Ray Gouge, and Felix Gouge.
William is survived by his brother, Cecil Gouge of Tulsa, Oklahoma,
four sisters; Elizabeth Townsend of Okmulgee, Oklahoma,
Evelyn Wood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
Helen Gouge of Wetumka, Oklahoma,
Tina Gouge of Humble, Texas,
cousins he considered sisters, Chumona Deere of Okemah, Oklahoma,
and Lesah Deere-Yargee of Okemah, Oklahoma,
as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the Integrity Funeral Service from
2:30pm to 4:30pm
Wake Services will be Tuesday February 26th, 2019 at 7 PM at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church in Hanna, Oklahoma.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00pm Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at the Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church in Hanna, with Rev. John Wayne Tulsa, officiating. Interment will follow at the Gouge Family Cemetery in Hanna.
