Baby Boy, Zachery Allan Mahan son of Samantha Smallwood and Michael Allan Mahan was born and passed on July 28, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is survived by his parents Samantha Smallwood and Michael Allan Mahan of the home in Henryetta, by his big brother, Matthew Mahan of the home, his maternal grandparents, Diane Wood of Henryetta and Edward Smallwood of Wagoner, Oklahoma, paternal grandparents, Sherry Pair & husband Lonnie of Henryetta, paternal great grandparents, Opal Smith of Dustin, and Joe Cluck of Dustin, aunt, Michelle Maldonado of Henryetta, uncle Thomas Smallwood of North Carolina, aunt, Natasha Smallwood of Henryetta, aunt, Loren Mahan of Dewar aunt, Ashlyn Harmon of Henryetta uncle, Eric Mahan of Dustin, as well as a host of cousins and other relatives.
