Paul David Morrison

Dr. Paul D. Morrison D.O., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Hillcrest South Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma; he was surrounded by loving family members and dear friends.

He has joined his late Wife Patricia A. Doss - Morrison, his late Brother Michael Wayne Morrison, Father Billy J. Morrison and Mother Joanna Morrison. He is survived by his Stepson Jason VanOrsdol and his Sister Billie Jo Distasio and Husband Anthony Distasio.

Dr. Morrison graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990, at the age of 42. He finished his internship and residency in internal medicine at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in 1994, at the age of 46. For some 32 years he was a well know, loved, and respected Doctor in his Practice.

He enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking, and collecting as well as driving sports cars. Paul and Pat Morrison would spend their evenings working in the yard or gardens, a new art project or just relaxing on the back porch listening to music. He will truly be missed by Family, Friends, Colleagues and Community alike.

He is survived by his Stepson Jason VanOrsdol of Henryetta, Oklahoma, his Sister Billie Jo Distasio and Husband Anthony Distasio of Tucson, Arizona. Nephew Michael James and wife Nannette Morrison of Muskogee, Nephew Michael Shawn Morrison and wife Brandi Watan of Choctaw, Niece Sabrina Uddin of Henryetta.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Integrity Chapel, 410 East Trudgeon Street, Henryetta, Oklahoma.
